The Minister for National Development Planning received an audience from the Asia Development Bank. After the hearing, Minister said that the CPS or the 2020-2024 State Partnership Strategy for Indonesia had 3 strategic pathways as the focus of cooperation.

First, improving welfare, which includes priority sectors of the health system (including support for easy access to vaccines), social protection, quality of education, and workforce expertise.

Second, accelerating economic recovery, which includes economic revival and structural reforms, mobilization of domestic resources, deepening and inclusion in the capital market, and quality infrastructure.

Third, strengthening resilience, which includes risk management of natural disasters and pandemics including support for road map development, climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental sustainability and green recovery, and water and food security.

In addition, there are cross-sectoral items accommodated in the 2020-2024 CPS, are related to private involvement, gender equality and social inclusion, governance, digitalization and digital transformation, local and regional economic development, regional cooperation and integration, to achieving SDG targets.(Red/Joe)
